Fossil fuel companies should pay for climate damage

Big fossil fuel companies should compensate poor countries for loss and damage caused by climate change, according to the non-governmental organization (NGO) Climate Justice. Julie-Anne Richards from this organisation says 90 entities such as Chevron, Exxon Mobil, BP and Shell account for 63 percent of emissions.
